Our guest on the podcast this week is a record-breaker.
Dean Rance has played more games (240) for Ebbsfleet United than any other player since the club changed its name in 2007.
His six years at Stonebridge Road were a rollercoaster ride and we re-live some of the most dramatic moments.
Rance opens up about his time at Gillingham and why he found it difficult moving from youth football into the senior set-up.
Listen to his memories of starting afresh at Dover and how he's worked to curb a previously poor disciplinary record.
Rance gave everything to the Fleet cause including playing two play-off matches in four days with a hernia!
He's now captain of Aldershot Town and still hoping to get his chance in the Football League one day.
