Ebbsfleet will host newly-promoted Poole Town on the first day of the National League South season.

Poole, the Southern League champions, will visit Stonebridge Road on Saturday, August 6 as title favourites Fleet begin another promotion bid.

Daryl McMahon's side visit Concord Rangers three days later before travelling to face another promoted side, Hungerford Town, who came up through the Southern League play-offs.

There are seven matches scheduled for August, with Ebbsfleet hosting Whitehawk - who they beat in the play-off semi-finals in May - as well as Kent rivals Margate in the opening month.

Fleet enter the FA Cup in the second qualifying round on September 17 and then comes a short trip to Welling - who were relegated from the National League last season - on November 12.

The Christmas double-header against Dartford has been reinstated, with the sides clashing at Princes Park on Boxing Day before resuming the rivalry at Stonebridge Road on New Year's Day.

Ebbsfleet host Welling on April 1 and make the return journey to Margate on Easter Monday before finishing the season with a home game against Oxford City on April 29.
