Fleet look to bounce back
09:54, 21 September 2004
GRAVESEND & NORTHFLEET include new signing Adam Garner in their squad tonight as they look to halt their recent dip in form against Dagenham & Redbridge.
Garner, a 6’2 defender, struggled to make the first team at the Kassam Stadium following an injury during pre-season and will be hoping to make an immediate impact at Stonebridge Road this evening.
Fleets great start to the season has began to stutter following back-to-back defeats against Hereford and Barnet with the club currently sitting seventh in the Conference.
Dagenham have had a woeful start to the season with Saturday’s 4-0 defeat to Aldershot continuing a run of four straight defeats where they have conceded 14 goals without reply.
Lee Shearer misses the match due to a broken nose which he sustained during the game against Barnet at the weekend.
Kick-off is at 7.45pm.
