Ebbsfleet United boss Jamie Day set to make several changes for the FA Trophy replay at Welling United

12:50, 22 December 2014

Ebbsfleet's starting line-up may have an unfamiliar look at Park View Road on Tuesday night.

Manager Jamie Day will make several changes from the team he fielded against Weston-super-Mare in Vanarama Conference South at the weekend.

Fleet lost that game 1-0 and the likes of Michael Corcoran, Shane Huke, Matt Johnson, Brendan Kiernan, Dean Pooley and Jordan Sanderson will be given a chance to show Day what they can do in the FA Trophy first round replay at Welling.

He said: "Everyone that didn’t play on Saturday will play on Tuesday.

"I need to see everyone quickly, so the subs from Saturday and the ones that weren’t involved will get game time on Tuesday with some of the ones that have played on Saturday.

"That will prepare us for the busy schedule coming up."

Day knows it's important to bounce back quickly after the Weston defeat.

"We need to," he said. "You get beat and you have to dust yourself down and you go again.

"That’s what we’ll look to do this week. We’ve got a game on Tuesday in the Trophy – we want to win that and take that into the Christmas fixtures against some tough teams.

"We need to be positive about, dust ourselves down and go again."

Tuesday's game kicks off at 7.45pm. Ticket prices have been reduced to £10 for adults, £6 for concessions and £5 for 12 to 17-year-olds.
