You'll know Francis Duku as a towering centre-half but might be less familiar with his work off the pitch.
Since quitting his job in the City, the former Gravesend & Northfleet defender has created and run non-league football's version of the PFA.
Duku explains how Our Game Football protects players against loss of earnings and provides access to the best treatment when serious injuries strike.
It's a fascinating insight into Duku's business brain and he also tells us about the work he's done with the FA and Kick It Out.
Revisit the Fleet's title win under Andy Ford and listen as Duku recalls the day he was attacked by a supporter who jumped onto the pitch.
Duku is certainly not your average ex-footballer and this is quite different to any podcast we've done before.
