Ebbsfleet United have signed French-born defensive midfielder Ouss Cisse.
The 32-year-old spent a brief time with fellow Kent side Gillingham inbetween spells at MK Dons and Leyton Orient. He has also represented Mali on the international stage.
Cisse said: “I like the philosophy of the club, the way they play, the way the gaffer sees football and I think that’s going to suit me.
“I am buzzing to crack on, I can’t wait.”
Cisse, who stands at 6ft 5inch, came through the youth ranks at Paris Saint-Germain before moving onto Amiens and Dijon then signing a deal with La Liga side Rayo Vallecano.
His football journey then led him to Waasland-Beveren in Belgium before returning to France and playing for Tours.
He moved to England in 2017, spending two seasons at MK Dons where he got regular football, initially in League 1 before dropping into League 2 for the 2018/19 season.
Cisse moved to Gillingham under Steve Evans and was handed a starting role initially, scoring early on in his time there, but he soon fell out of favour and headed out on loan to Leyton Orient, who signed him permanently the following year.
He had a season with Oldham where he made just eight starts in League 2 and last term played regularly for Eastleigh in the National League, scoring three goals including one against Maidstone United.
