Ebbsfleet United manager Daryl McMahon is considering a loan signing with four of his strikers injured

Ebbsfleet’s injury crisis may force manager Daryl McMahon back into the transfer market.
Captain Danny Kedwell limped out of Tuesday night’s 1-0 win at Concord and he’s now the fourth striker on an increasingly long Fleet injury list.
Aaron McLean has a tear in his quad while Bradley Bubb and Charlie Sheringham are also yet to feature this season.
With another five league games to play before the end of August, could McMahon look to bring in a loan forward?
He said: "Maybe but it will depend on how the rest of the boys are getting on.
"Charlie’s close, Bubb’s close and Mac’s going to St George’s Park next week for an assessment for the week.
"Hopefully, he’ll be back soon and knowing Keds how I do, I’m sure he’ll be OK."
Also at the ground on Tuesday but unavailable for selection were midfielder Stuart Lewis and defender Mark Phillips.
Lewis has been struggling with a groin problem which forced him out of Ryan Hayes’ testimonial at Dartford last month while summer signing Phillips, who was suspended for the season-opener against Poole on Saturday, also has a knock.
McMahon said: "I was the first one in the changing-room after the game and you’ve got Sheringham, McLean, Bubb, Lewis and Phillips sitting there.
"They’re pretty good players. Hopefully, we can get through this period and keep picking points up and we’ll have them back soon.
"You can’t hide away from the fact we’ve had a disrupted pre-season with injuries etc so to get two clean sheets and win both, I’m happy with the lads."
