Striker Ben May has followed his former Dover Athletic team-mate Daryl McMahon to Ebbsfleet United.
Dover sold McMahon to the Fleet for £13,000 and 29-year-old May is the latest player to renew acquaintances with Steve Brown, the former Dover assistant manager.
Brown was unveiled as Ebbsfleet's new manager on Monday and May had no hesitation in accepting his offer to sign a contract at Stonebridge Road.
He told the club's website: "It’s all exciting stuff. Steve Brown showed an interest in signing me as soon as he knew he would be manager of Ebbsfleet.
"I’m itching to lace my boots up and get back on the pitch. I look forward to my future with Ebbsfleet United Football Club."
May scored 19 goals for Dover last season, having arrived at Crabble in August.
He spent seven years at Millwall in the early part of his career, before going on to play for Brentford, Colchester, Scunthorpe, Stevenage and Barnet.
