Ebbsfleet United have appointed two new directors.
Dherar Al-Humaidi, brother of the club's owner Dr Abdulla Al-Humaidi, is joined on the board by Dave Archer who had previously served as general manager.
Vice-chairman Peter Varney and executive director Stuart Butler-Gallie complete what is now a five-strong board at the National League club.
Mr Butler-Gallie said: "The appointment of Dherar Al-Humaidi and Dave Archer further enhances the club’s board as we continue with our ambitious plans for the football club.
"Dherar is a real fan and when not able to attend Stonebridge Road keeps abreast of all games via text updates back to Kuwait.
"His appointment further demonstrates the commitment of the Al-Humaidi family in its investment."
He added: "Since Peter and I recruited Dave as general manager in 2013 from his previous role at Charlton Athletic, he has been a key player in delivering the commercial success of the club.
"Peter and I are delighted that we have been able to offer Dave the role of commercial director as the board looks forward to delivering the huge commercial opportunities we now have in the National League and beyond."
