GRAVESEND & Northfleet's attempts to gain promotion out of the Ryman League Premier Division will take a back seat this weekend as the club travel to Histon in the third round of the FA Trophy. Fleet boss Andy Ford is expected to rest a number of players following their hard-fought 2-0 victory at league leaders Canvey Island on Tuesday night.
Striker Paul Booth and midfielder Eliot Martin could come back into the fold after missing out with knee and hamstring injuries respectively, but recent signing Simon Parker, who joined the club this week on a non-contract from Heybridge, is cup-tied.
