Ebbsfleet United defender Jack King on their promotion chances
00:00, 21 December 2018
Jack King believes Ebbsfleet are good enough to challenge for promotion this season.
The 33-year-old is part of a Fleet defence which has conceded just one goal in six league matches.
They've climbed to 10th in the National League and are just five points outside the play-offs.
King said: "We're capable of beating anyone.
"We've played every team apart from Braintree and I've seen nothing better in this league.
"The squad is packed full of quality. We've got players to bring on in a number of positions that are not going to weaken the team.
"Lads are champing at the bit to get playing and some players who probably think they should be starting are going to have to wait.
"This side is good enough to get promoted. The belief is there from the lads and the management.
"All we can do is take it game by game and keep pushing up the league."
