Teen girl touched on leg by man near Herne Bay railway station

An investigation has been launched after a teenage girl was touched on the leg by a man as she waited for a bus.
Police are appealing for witnesses following the incident outside Herne Bay railway station at 10am on Thursday, December 10.
The girl told officers she was at a bus stop nearby when the man, who had a small dog on a lead, walked past and touched her leg.
A police spokesman said: "Nothing was said and the girl walked away without further issue.
"The man was described as a short, middle-aged white male, wearing dark clothing."
