The family of an "incredibly vulnerable" man missing for four days are widening their search as they desperately try to track him down.
Robbie Manning, 53, who has the mental capacity of a five-year-old, was last seen on Tuesday afternoon in Herne Bay after leaving his assisted living accommodation in Selsea Avenue.
His younger brother Neil, who is on his way down to the county from Lincolnshire to help with the search, says the family are becoming increasingly concerned.
"We are beside ourselves and are doing a lot of work to find him," he said.
"Robbie has severe learning disabilities and has diabetes - he's incredibly vulnerable as he has the mental capacity of a five or six-year-old child.
"Thankfully though, he's an instinctive survivor. He'll be out there wandering from bin to bin getting some leftover chips probably.
"He's also incredibly friendly so that's hopefully a big help to him."
Robbie, an avid West Ham fan, is 5ft 6ins tall, of medium build and has fair receding hair.
Following four days of appealing and extensive searches in the Herne Bay area, its thought Robbie could be further along the coast in Margate.
Neil added: "He might have gone to some of his favourite places so we're going to search Margate and Cliftonville.
"A lot of people have been very helpful and we've been putting in queries everywhere.
"Where he lives, he's free to come and go as he pleases and most of the time its perfectly fine. But due to his mental capacity he can get agitated."
Robbie is clean-shaven with blue eyes. He was believed to be wearing an orange cap and a red polo shirt when he went missing.
Anyone who has information about Robbie's whereabouts should to call 101 quoting 31-1382.
