Herne Bay: Bobbie Allan charged with drink-driving after Canterbury Road crash

A motorist has been charged with drink-driving after allegedly fleeing the scene of a two-car crash.
Police were called following reports of a collision shortly after 1.30pm on Monday in Canterbury Road, Herne Bay.
It involved a silver BMW and blue VW pick-up truck, the first of which allegedly failed to stop and was later found in Cavendish Road.
No injuries were reported and Canterbury Road was closed while the truck was being recovered.
Bobbie Allan, 25, was charged with drink-driving, dangerous driving, failing to stop following a collision and driving without insurance.
She has been bailed to appear in court on Tuesday, February 13.
