Coral bookies in Herne Bay robbed by men with hammer

Two men threatened staff at a bookmakers with a hammer before fleeing with cash.
Police were called following the terrifying raid at Coral in Fleetwood Avenue, Herne Bay, at 8.20pm last night.
The men walked up to the counter with the hammer and made threats to shop staff, who handed over money.
No one was hurt during the robbery, which was the second at the same bookies in the last five months.
The first suspect is described as white, 5ft 9ins, with a slim to medium build. He was wearing a dark hooded top and had a scarf round his face.
The second suspect was described as white and of similar height and build. He was wearing a dark coat and also had a scarf across his face.
The two men fled along Grand Drive.
