A tiger is on the loose after being stolen from Herne Bay pier during a nighttime raid on more than 30 beach huts.
Police investigating the incident - which happened overnight last weekend - have released a picture of a distinctive soft toy taken during the raid.
They are asking anyone who may have seen a tiger like it to get in contact with them.
Offenders forced the doors of more than 30 kiosks on the pier between 7pm on Saturday, June 25 and 7am on Sunday, June 26.
They stole cash and other items including a Mac computer, an iPad tablet and a Bluebird studio microphone.
They also stole the distinctive three-foot long toy tiger similar to the one pictured.
Sgt Nick Barton said: "We are appealing to anyone who has seen a toy tiger like it and believes it may be linked to the pier burglaries to contact us."
Officers are continuing to investigate the burglaries and say they have a number of lines of inquiry.
