Greenhill Fish Bar in Poplar Drive, Herne Bay, is being advertised for £95,000, with 13 years of its lease remaining.

Its current owners bought the business in 2015, but have decided to sell it as they have found the commute between their home and the restaurant too demanding.

Adjacent to the Greenhill roundabout, the business serves pies, burgers and fish and chips.

The fee has been reduced for a quick sale.
