A 22-year-old man had to be taken to hospital after being attacked during a mass brawl.

Police were called to Herne Bay High Street just before 3am on Sunday, July 15.

When they arrived, the group had scattered, but a man reported being attacked.

He suffered injuries to his head and face and was taken to a nearby hospital as a precaution.

Police investigations into the incident are ongoing.
