Thanet Way shut at Herne Bay after three-car crash

The Thanet Way has reopened after an earlier crash involving three cars near Herne Bay.
The accident was between the Reculver turn-off and the Marshside junction on the coast-bound side.
Police directed traffic down a small slip road that runs parallel to the A299 and then rejoins it after the crash site.
The vehicles were recovered and the road was reopened by 9.30am.
