Herne Bay train station sex attack on teenage girl

A teenage girl has been sexually assaulted outside a train station in broad daylight.
The youngster was attacked near the car park of Herne Bay railway station in The Circus at about 10.45am yesterday.
A man in his 20s or 30s approached the girl and touched her inappropriately on top of her clothing.
He is described as being white with long dark hair and was wearing dark clothing and possibly a hat or hooded top.
Several people are believed to have witnessed the assault, with person asking the girl if she was all right.
