Three people have been arrested after a raid on a village post office.
Herne Village Stores was targeted in the early hours of Monday morning.
Police were called just after 2am to reports people were breaking into the shop in Herne Street, Herne.
A Canterbury man, 23, a Whitstable woman, 26, and a 23-year-old homeless woman were arrested on suspicion of burglary.
They have been bailed until February 28.
