Herne Bay: Three arrested on suspicion of drugs offences after police stop car on Old Thanet Way

Three people have been arrested on suspicion of drugs offences after police stopped a car on the Old Thanet Way.
Officers seized cash, mobile phones and what were believed to be class A and class B drugs from the Citroen C1 in Herne Bay on Saturday.
A 40-year-old woman from the Herne Bay area was arrested on suspicion of supplying a controlled drug.
A 20-year-old man from the London area was arrested on suspicion of possessing heroin with intent to supply and being concerned in the supply of drugs.
An 18-year-old man, also from the London area, was arrested on suspicion of possessing cannabis and supplying a controlled drug.
All three were released pending further inquiries.
