Three men were arrested on suspicion of assault after a man was allegedly attacked in a Herne Bay pizza shop.
The trio - two of them aged 22 and the other 20 - were quizzed by police following an incident at Best Kebab and Roma Pizza in the High Street.
Officers had been called to the shop following reports one of its windows had been smashed shortly after 9.30pm on Sunday.
The three men - thought to be shop staff - were then arrested after a man in his 40s was assaulted.
He was taken to hospital for treatment.
The three suspects were quizzed by police and spent the night in custody, with the shop closed the following day.
They were later bailed until July 15 pending further inquiries.
