THE fate of two Herne Bay projects is to be decided by television viewers.

The rival projects – one aimed at creating a cultural trail including the town's clocktower, and the other to improve its Little Theatre – have been named as finalists in the race for the Big Lottery Fund’s People’s Millions.

They will be going head to head on live television later this month, hoping to gain viewers’ votes and beat their competitor to an £80,000 portion of the fund.
