Old Thanet Way crash between Whitstable and Herne Bay

Two BMWs crashed on the Old Thanet Way this afternoon.
Police were called to the accident close to Johnson's Garden Centre in Chestfield just after 12.30pm.
Officers and ambulance crews were called to the scene to recover the vehicles involved.
Police closed the road from Chestfield towards Herne Bay.
