The pricey flat is on the top floor of Olivia Court, in Seabrook near Hythe, and has panoramic views of the beach and Royal Military Canal.
Although no photos of the inside have been released yet, photos of the exterior have been added to the online listing from agents C.R. Child & Partners.
The apartment boasts three bedrooms and a study, undercroft parking for two cars, under floor heating, a lift, smart lighting and a sun terrace.
The home also includes a private reception hall, walk in cupboards, bespoke kitchen, 85 inch TV, open plan living space which leads to the terrace, bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and walk in wardrobes and a Juliet balcony.
It has an asking price of £1,950,000.

This development, named Shoreline, will see 84 new homes built on the shingle and is phase one of a planned 1,000 home development linking all the way to Folkestone Harbour Arm.
