A Netflix star has shared pictures from his “blessed” family weekend at a top Kent attraction, which he hailed a “game changer”.
Actor Ashley Walters visited Port Lympne Hotel and Reserve, near Hythe, and stayed in the £1,300-a-night Tiger Lodge with his wife and children.
An Instagram post shows the family feeding giraffes, watching tigers, exploring the grounds and eating in the Garden Room restaurant.
The Top Boy star said: “A blessed weekend at one of our favourite places in Kent.
“If you haven’t been to Port Lympne yet, I don’t know what is wrong with you lol.
“The Tiger Lodge is a game changer!”
Staff at the popular safari park - run by conservationist Damian Aspinall - replied to the actor: “Thank you for visiting us, we hope to see you again soon.”
The Tiger Lodge is built with panoramic windows overlooking the big cat enclosure.
Walters, who lives near Herne Bay, is not the first celebrity to stay at one of the wildlife park’s range of accommodation.
In January reality star and singer Megan McKenna spent the night there with her footballer fiance Oliver Burke.
Last year, former Little Mix star Jesse Nelson shared a video of her close encounter with the animals.
Ashley Walters is best known for playing Dushane in the Netflix hit Top Boy. He was also a member of So Solid Crew, which hit the top spot with their single 21 Seconds.
In 2023, he told KentOnline how he would have to move out of Kent if he did not win a planning battle to extend his home.
He finally secured permission after several appeals in August.
