A highly-rated town centre pub is up for sale for more than half a million pounds.
The Butt Of Sherry, a Grade II-listed public house in Hythe high street, is being marketed with Sidney Phillips for £695,000.
Details online describe the inn as having four trade areas, four bedrooms for owner accommodation and an "attractive front trade patio".
It is also stated that it has "strong trade levels" which are "increasing year on year".
The Butt Of Sherry has a 4.5 rating on Tripadvisor.
One customer wrote: "Excellent food, excellent staff and very welcoming and friendly."
Another added: "Super food big portions and good quality. Staff always friendly and on the ball."
It comes as publicans across the county are struggling to survive in the wake of Covid and now the cost of living crisis.
Many have closed their doors in the last year, including The Dancing Dog Saloon, near Sittingbourne and The Red Lion, Stodmarsh, near Canterbury.
And while it was once the norm to visit your local for a pint after work on a Friday night, some landlords suggest this is becoming a thing of the past.
The owners of the Butt of Sherry were approached for a comment.
