Tree down closes A261 London Road in Hythe causing delays

A road which was closed after a tree fell into the carriageway this morning has reopened.
Delays around Hythe were reported when the tree landed in the road.
The A261 London Road out of town towards Pedlinge was closed at around 9am while the tree was removed and the road cleared.
It had fallen in the carriageway near Redbrooks Wood.
The road was cleared and reopened by 10.30am.
