Hythe Town assistant manager Darren Beale confident ahead of the Kent derby against in-form Faversham Town

A rare home defeat for Faversham on Saturday has got Hythe believing they can turn the Lilywhites over this weekend.
Faversham, who are second in Ryman League Division 1 South, will give the struggling Cannons one of their sternest tests of the season so far at Reachfields.
Tim Dixon’s side are just two places above the relegation zone while Faversham moved level on points with leaders Burgess Hill when they beat Chipstead 2-1 on Tuesday.
But they were beaten 3-1 by Whitstable at Salters Lane on Saturday, while Hythe were drawing 2-2 at Redhill.
Cannons assistant boss Darren Beale said: "They’re going for promotion and we’re looking to survive, so it should be a good game.
"They’re beatable, as Whitstable proved. We know their strengths and weaknesses and hope we can start turning our chances into goals.
"Since the turn of the year, we haven’t lost. We’ve drawn two and won one but we’ve not lost yet. Hopefully, we can take that into the Faversham game, which is going to be a massive task because they’re such a good side.
"I know Ray (Turner) and he’s doing a good job. He’s been given time to build a good side and they did reasonably well last season (finishing 10th).
"It’s one of those things. He’s been given that bit of time to put a squad together and now they’ve got a chance to push for promotion this season.
"But apart from Burgess Hill, there is no outstanding side in this league. Anyone can beat anyone and we’ll go in with confidence.
"We want to keep our run going. Ideally, we’d like three points but we’d take one against Faversham."
