Miles & Barr has been named Employer of the Year at a national award ceremony for estate agents.

The firm, which has branches across Kent and employs more than 250 staff, scooped the trophy at The Negotiator Awards.

It also collected a bronze award in the Estate Agency of the Year (Large) category

The firm has its headquarters as Sandwich's Discovery Park.
