Balmoral Guest House up for sale for £969,000
00:02, 13 September 2016
A hotel has come on the market for £969,000.
The Balmoral Guest House opposite Gillingham railway station is being marketed by property adviser Christie & Co.
Originally a pair of period terraced houses, the two properties have been combined into an 18-bedroom 3-star guest house. All rooms have a kitchenette unit and en suite facilities.
Andrew Moore, director at Christie & Co’s Maidstone office, said: “It is not often you get a quality guest house like this become available in Gillingham, so it is worthy of anyone looking for such a business or property to have a closer look at what is on offer.”
He added the buildings could be used for residential purposes, subject to planning consent.
