The official opening takes place this week of Marco Pierre White's latest restaurant.
The chef will formally unveil his Mr White's English Chophouse on Thursday - only the third of the chain to open in the UK this year, following openings in London and Manchester.
It has been welcoming guests over recent weeks and comes hot on the heels of his Steakhouse Bar and Grill which he opened at Folkestone's Clifton Hotel earlier this year.
His chophouse is sited at the Dover Marina Hotel on Waterloo Crescent and promises "high quality meat cuts alongside home-grown classics".
The special launch event will offer a glimpse of Wheeler's - the celebrity chef's take on the classic fish and chips. It is due to open later this month.
The hotel has been working with Mr Pierre White's protégé Garry Rosser, from the award-winning Scallop Shell fish and chip restaurant in Bath, on Wheeler’s.
It will also serve up other seafood dishes.
