Gillingham-based coach operator the Kings Ferry has won another major award.
The firm picked up the Large Coach Operator of the Year prize at the RouteOne Awards, held in Birmingham this week.
The annual award ceremony celebrates high-fliers in the coach and bus industry.
It won the category for its "commitment to quality, innovation and customer service", beating off five other shortlisted finalists.
Ian Fraser, managing director of the Kings Ferry Group, said: "I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every member of the team from across all of our group sites in Reading, Leicester, London and Kent for their continued support and hard work. It is thanks to every member of the team that we have won this award and I am honoured to be able to work alongside them all.”
It brings to a total of 44 industry awards won by the firm.
Last year, Mr Fraser took home the Manager of the Year award.
The firm has been part of the National Express Group since November 2007.
