The free event starts with the Big Networking Breakfast, while the Kent Business Debate will feature an expert panel debating the key issues.
The shifting shape of the workplace will form a key theme at the Kent Event Centre, with a wide range of workshops and interactive discussions focusing on some of the key challenges for many employers.
