Parcel delivery firm Hermes Parcelnet has moved into an industrial unit in Aylesford.
The firm has taken over the site previously occupied by Digital Pipeline on Priory Park on a five-year lease.
It comprises 10,036sq ft of industrial warehouse space at a rent of £114,500 per annum.
Perry Linch, head of asset management at Lothbury Investment Management, which owns Priory Park, said: “Priory Park continues to be an excellent performing asset which has been in the Lothbury Property Trust portfolio since 2004. It has a spread of high quality tenants and is a very good performer for the fund.”
