Helping developers get better margins on industrial units will help address the shortage of commercial property in Kent, according to an expert.
The lack of space for growing businesses was a topic of discussion on the latest episode of Chris & Co, the business show broadcast on KMTV.
James Roberts, a manager at Caxtons Chartered Surveyors, who is based in Canterbury, said there are a range of issues stifling the amount of industrial units and offices being built in the county.
He also spoke about how Kent's booming tourism sector is being revived with the use of short-lease pop up shops.
