Dreamland will hunt for seasonal workers to fill 195 jobs available at the park this summer.
The amusement park in Margate will hold a recruitment fair on Friday, March 17.
It is looking for staff to help with its “cultural makeover” which it announced on Monday.
The park will be populated with vintage rides, landscaped gardens, music, art and street food when it reopens for the season on Friday, April 28.
Nearly 85% of its present staff are from Thanet and 96% from Kent.
The recruitment fair runs from 1pm to 4pm.
