Estate agent Miles & Barr has sorted out a move of its own, after the firm moved into new headquarters.
The property business has moved out of Sandwich's Discovery Park and moved into a refurbished 8,500sq ft office at The Links on the Herne Business Park, near Herne Bay.
The site, which will be able to accommodate more than 100 employees, will provide a base to around a third of its workforce.
Mark Brooks, CEO at Miles & Barr said: “From the creation of break-out collaborative meeting areas in the Mind Garden to a communal hub in our kitchen with a bistro dining area, we’ve created a working environment that engages our staff but also gives them a chance to take a break to rejuvenate."
The Mind Garden features picnic tables and fake grass inside the building to provide meeting space.
The CEO added: “Due to the recent coronavirus guidelines, we have not been able to welcome staff to our head office in the way we would have hoped. We are very much looking forward to the day when we can welcome all head office members of staff to The Links and see it being used in the way it was intended.”
Last month the firm was named Employer of the Year at The Negotiator Awards - an event for estate and letting agents in the UK.
