Ever considered letting out your property as a holiday home? Then an even next month may be just for you.
The Mulberry Open House at Battel Hall at Leeds Castle in Maidstone is designed to be a 'holiday let masterclass' for prospective owners wanting to capitalise on a growing market for short breaks in the county.
In 2017, it is estimated the nation had 20.8 million stays in self-catering properties and Kent has enjoyed increasing popularity for those wanting to enjoy the county.
Taking place on Thursday, September 27 at 11am, there will be a host of industry experts attending.
The event is organised by Canterbury-based Mulberry Cottages and will also feature existing owners on hand to offer advice and how to get the best out of it in today's financial climate.
Talks will include everything from interior design to PR and marketing to finance and how to go about actually letting your property.
To attend, register on Eventbrite or call 01227 806315.
