The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) has appointed a new chair for the South East.
Faversham businessman David Milham, who guided the regional branch through the pandemic, will make way for Brighton's Ian Ross.
The 36-year-old runs Whitehead-Ross Education and Consulting, which he set up in 2012, which delivers skills programmes to help the unemployed get back into work.
It employs 79 staff and clients include the likes of the Department for Work and Pension and Kent County Council.
David Milham will continue as a key member of the FSB Kent team.
Tim Aker, development manager for the FSB in Kent and Medway said: “Ian brings incredible experience, leading a high-growth small business, that will benefit our community, business, and policy makers.
"On behalf of all our members, we’d like to thank our out-going chair David Milham for his years of service to FSB and the small business community in the South East.”
