A car dealership has picked up a Ford Motor Company’s Chairman’s Award for the fourth straight year.
Haynes Ford in Ashford Road, Maidstone, won the prize for its car service department.
Steve Clary, director of fields operations at the Ford customer service division, came down to the dealership’s head office to present the 2015 award to the company.
He handed over the prize outside its service department flanked by two Ford Mustangs, which are only available at dealerships like Haynes Ford.
Its four Ford Service trophies will be on display in the company’s car service reception.
Mr Clary said: “It is a remarkable achievement for a service department to win this important award for four years in a row and is a great credit to the Haynes team.”
Andrew Haynes, chairman and managing director of Haynes, who received the award on behalf of the company, said: “Our aim is always to provide our customers with an excellent service throughout our business and this award hopefully shows that we are one of Ford’s leading businesses in the UK for customer satisfaction.”
