A college and housing association have teamed up to create more than 20 apprenticeships.
MidKent College and West Kent Housing Association will work together to offer the positions, which will be based at the affordable homes provider.
The college has been contracted to deliver the educational and training side of the apprenticeship programme.
It will cover customer service, cleaning, caretaking, community safety and business administration.
MidKent College’s recruitment director Becky Farley said: “We are delighted to have been selected by West Kent Housing Association to help train the young people who will hopefully go on to achieve great things with the organisation.
“MidKent College has a proud record of delivering first-rate training to apprentices throughout the county and we look forward to continuing that trend with West Kent by our side.”
Today, young people interested in applying for a role at West Kent Housing can attend an awareness day at its office in London Road, Sevenoaks.
West Kent Housing learning and development partner Clare Firth added: “Providing opportunities to communities in which we have homes has always been a priority for us.
“It’s a great chance for anyone leaving school in September this year or for others who are struggling to find their career path to get experience and build their skills.”
