Asda staff across the county are celebrating their share of a £1million bonus payout.
Workers at stores and depots in Gillingham, Sittingbourne, Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells and Gillingham achieved a "superbonus" of £437 after exceeding their business targets.
The £1.174m pot will give other full time employees a £255 bonus. It is the seventh year in a row that Asda has paid a bonus, signalling the business has shown growth despite tough economic conditions and fierce competition with other retailers.
Hayley Tatum, executive people director for Asda, said: "Our store and depot colleagues are the real heroes of our business and I'm delighted that we are able to reward their efforts in this way."
She added: "They have done an amazing job for our customers day in day out and I am incredibly grateful to them for their efforts."
