ONE of Kings Hill's longest-standing tenants, FLIR Systems Ltd, has committed itself to a further 10 years on the business park.
The company started out in small offices in Churchill Square at Kings Hill in 1995 and a year later moved into 14,500 sq ft in the first of the innovative Flex buildings at the park.
Craig Cooper, finance director, confirmed: "We are delighted to be able to continue to run our business from Kings Hill.
"The park provides a fantastic environment for our staff and impresses our clients and we look forward to increasing business efficiency."
Andrew Blevins, managing director of Liberty Property Trust UK Ltd, the Kings Hill developer, added: "This is a great example of how companies can grow at Kings Hill because of the flexible space and lease terms we are able to offer."
Kings Hill is an established community with over 100 businesses employing some 5,000.
