Law firm Thomson Snell & Passmore's latest financial figures reveal its income grew 10% for the financial year ended June 5.
The firm, which has offices in Tunbridge Wells and Dartford, reported fee income of £24.9million - a leap on the previous year despite the challenges posed by Covid.
Now its senior management team says it will embark on a new three-year business plan which will include "ambitious organic growth plans".
CEO Sarah Henwood said: "These continue to be challenging times for all, with the pandemic reshaping ways of working across all industries. It has allowed us to really examine how we operate as a firm and to put in place measures to further improve our efficiency and effectiveness.
“We are embracing new ways of working and, as always, remain committed to keeping our clients at the heart of everything we do, while continuing to support our staff and local communities, as we look to the future.”
