A business consultancy has appointed two new directors to its board.
Ashford-based not-for-profit organisation the Agile Business Consortium aims to help improve businesses to be, as the name suggests, more agile when it comes to change and challenges.
The appointments will see Peter Coesmans and Philip Alexander join the board.
Mr Coesmans has run major change programmes in many areas, including food, public transport, energy, research, infrastructure and city development.
He is a senior team lead assessor for the international Project Award, for which he has assessed projects all over the world, and is a jury member for IPMA’s best Project Manager of the World award.
Mr Alexander is a director of People Platform and has consulted for some of the world’s leading brands on employee experience and human capital strategy, and is the editor for StartUp Digest on the topic.
Geof Ellingham, chairman of the Agile Business Consortium, said: “We are always looking to strengthen our board with experience and agile thinking leadership, both of which Peter and Philip bring in abundance.
“Between them they will add a wealth of knowledge and drive as we continue our work to promote agile thinking in businesses around the world.”
