00:00, 31 July 2014
A packaging supplier is expanding its South East operation by opening a new office in Kent, creating three new jobs.
Kite Packaging aims to cover the coast of the county and East Sussex right through to Surrey and South East London with its new base in Maidstone.
It will focus on supplying containers for companies in the industrial and food production sectors.
The new branch at Kent House in Romney Place opened last week and adds to its current South East site in Harlow, Essex.
Kite Packaging South East managing partner Paul Mustard said: “The investment in the Maidstone area has been a long-term plan of Kite Packaging’s for some time and we are delighted to now be opening the doors and welcoming local businesses who require specialist packaging advice and design solutions.
“Our presence in the South East is already large, and the new branch will improve services in this area – enabling local customers to benefit from Kite’s expertise, service and strategic approach to packaging.”
