Ebbsfleet Garden City will see the addition of a new estate agent and pharmacy later this month.
Robinson Jackson, which has branches throughout Kent and London, and Delmergate Pharmacy, which has offices across the county and is headquartered in Chatham, will open at the Castle Hill local centre.
It joins a branch of the Co-op which opened last year.
Robert Browning, a partner with the estate agency, said: “It felt like a natural move for us as we have been helping clients move within Ebbsfleet Garden City since the very first properties came to the open market.
“I am personally very passionate about the development, I think for a potential homeowner owning a property here is a great opportunity."
The pharmacy was given the green light after initially being turned down but a licence was granted after the Ebbsfleet Development Corporation - set up to help deliver the garden city - helped it successfully appeal to NHS England.
Jayesh Patel, managing director of the pharmacy, said: “This is the result of three years hard work and we are delighted with the outcome."
The estate agents will open on July 26 and the pharmacy on July 23.
Ian Piper, chief executive of Ebbsfleet Development Corporation, said: “For the growing number of new residents, having local shops and services available on their doorstep is an important part of creating a great place to live.”
