12:00, 14 November 2017
Chapel Down, the Kentish winemaker, has opened a seasonal pop-up store at the county’s largest shopping centre - with a Porsche branded site also launching.
The wine and beer company will take control of a 1,990 sq ft store at Bluewater until New Year’s Eve.
Alongside its complete range of wines, beer and spirits, it will also stock exclusive magnum and jeroboam bottles.
It comes as a pop-up Porsche concept store also launches, due to stay open until January 8.
Its concept takes shoppers on a journey through the luxury sports car maker’s history and future, offering insights on key models like the 911.
Heinz Kloihofer, Bluewater’s mall leasing manager, said: “The diversity of the seasonal stores this year is testament to the success brands achieve at Bluewater and highlight its reputation as a leading retail and leisure destination.
“We are pleased to be supporting Chapel Down as a local brand by hosting their debut stand-alone store.
“Combined with luxury retailer, Porsche, we are providing guests with unique and experiential opportunities to enjoy this Christmas.”
Guy Tresnan, sales and marketing director at Chapel Down, said: “We are delighted to be able to bring the very best of English winemaking to Bluewater.
“We invite guests to come along and taste some of our wines and beers and learn about our exciting business that is based in the heart of Kent.
“We are offering some perfect Christmas gift ideas at all price levels.”
